The member of parliament for Guan Constituency Hon. Fred Agbenyo has disclosed that NPP MPs who claim they heard nothing from the budget were either asleep or not paying attention.
According to him NDC has a social contract with the people of Ghana before the 2024 election That’s why they went across the country took their input before the budget was drafted,so we should allow the people of Ghana to determine if indeed the budget is not a good one or a good one.
