The Ranking Member of Parliament’s Defence and Interior Committee, Rev. John Ntim Fordjour, has declared his readiness to face any investigation regarding statements he made at a recent press conference on drug trafficking.
Speaking to the media, Rev. Fordjour stated that he stands by his claims and is fully prepared to cooperate with National Security if there are any doubts about the information he presented.
“I am ready for any investigation. If National Security has any concerns or doubts about what I have said, I am available next Monday to assist with any inquiries,” he affirmed.

His remarks follow heightened discussions surrounding drug trafficking activities in the country, with his press conference bringing renewed attention to the issue. While some have praised his stance on tackling the problem, others have questioned the accuracy of his statements.
With his willingness to submit to an investigation, Rev. Fordjour aims to demonstrate transparency and reinforce his commitment to the fight against the illegal drug trade. National Security is yet to officially respond to his offer.
