The Constitution Review Committee has commenced its stakeholder engagements as part of efforts to enhance transparency and public involvement in the ongoing constitutional review process.

These engagements will focus on key thematic areas for reform including Lands and Natural Resources, Decentralization, Local Government & Chieftaincy, Public Services & State Enterprises, Advisory Councils (Council of State, Police Service Council, Armed Forces Council), Independent Constitutional Bodies/Offices, Directive Principles of State Policy & Socio-Economic Rights, Political Parties, Political Branches (Executive &Legislature)The Judiciary, Miscellaneous Topics (Discretionary Power, Dual Citizenship, etc.
Delivering his opening remarks, the Chairman for the Committee Professor H. Kwesi Prempeh said the engagement will involve all stakeholders with experience and knowledge to share.
The first stakeholder to meet was the stakeholders from the committee was the Lands and Natural Resources.
