Prof. Gyampo commits to addressing systemic issues as the newly appointed CEO of the GSA.

Professor Ransford Gyampo, who has recently taken on the role of Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ghana Shippers Authority (GSA), has vowed to tackle systemic issues directly in his new position, opting not to be passive amid challenges.
In a Facebook message following his appointment by President John Mahama, Prof. Gyampo remarked, “One cannot remain neutral when entrusted with the responsibility of rectifying what is wrong for the betterment of the country.” He expressed his appreciation for the opportunity and the support received, assuring his commitment to serving the nation diligently.
“I appreciate President Mahama and am grateful for the numerous congratulatory messages. I am dedicated to serving Ghana,” he stated. Before his new role, Prof. Gyampo was a respected political science professor at the University of Ghana, recognized for his independent and courageous views on governance and national matters.
