Ghana’s Parliament is set to resume sittings on February 3, marking the beginning of the next meeting of the House after the recess.
The resumption will see Members of Parliament return to debate key national issues, consider bills, and scrutinise government policies and programmes. Several legislative instruments and committee reports are also expected to be laid before the House.

Parliament’s return is anticipated to be busy, with matters relating to the economy, governance, and public sector reforms likely to dominate proceedings.
The sitting will take place at the Parliament House in Accra, with the Speaker expected to outline the business of the House for the session.
