PAC chases former Gaming Commission staff for failing to return to work after leave.

Moses Teye Mensah, who was a staff member at the Gaming Commission, went on study leave with pay but failed to return to work.

He was supposed to work for 3 years as compensation.

He, however, resigned on 30th January, 2025.

The commission spent a total of GH414,590.53.

Appearing before the Public Account Committee, the Commission’s CEO, Siisi Quainoo, says they have been chasing him for the money, but he has failed to comply with the directive.

They are therefore engaging the police to ensure the right thing is done.

Interior Minister Muntaka Mubarak assured that he will take over the matter.
