President John Dramani Mahama has assured residents of the Eastern Region of his intention to transform the region.
He was speaking at Jackson Park, Koforidua, during his thank-you visit to the eastern region on Sunday.
He noted that road contractors will return to the site very soon to continue with all abandoned road projects after a successful audit.
He said that proceeds from the big push initiative will be used for the developmental projects.
He also expressed his appreciation to the constituency for voting him into power.
