Ministers, Heads of Institutions to use EV cars – Jinapor

The Minister for Energy and Green Transition, John Jinapor, during the Government Accountability Series, has said the government will soon purchase electric vehicles (EVs) for all Ministers and Heads of State.

According to him, the government’s agenda is to move away from the consumption of fuels and use renewable energies such as solar and electric cars that use electricity.

He noted that they will soon implement the initiative, starting with ministers and followed by the private sector.
