The NPP’s General Secretary, Justin Kodua Frimpong, has said he will not defend the EC anymore if it is subject to public ridicule.
His comment comes after the EC announced a rerun of the election in 19 polling stations in the Ablekuma North constituency in the Greater Accra Region.
According to Mr Kodua, the EC’s sudden decision is worrying, making it no more credible.
He said the EC has, over the period, decided not to conduct a fresh election to collate and declare.
He wonders why the EC is not being consistent with its decision.
Hence, Aseidu Nketia’s comment on resetting the EC will not be challenged by them.
