Roads Minister Kwame Governs Agbodza has assured Ghanaians that efforts are underway to fix and improve road conditions across the country.
He said he understands the sentiment of road users and drivers using the various deplorable roads across the country.

Most of the roads under construction have halted due to debts government owed to them.
Resident John Dramani Mahama has announced that the government will begin clearing debts owed to road contractors within this month, as part of efforts to revive stalled infrastructure projects across the country.
Speaking during a meeting with members of the Council of State at the Presidency on Monday, July 7, 2025, President Mahama said the decision is aimed at enabling contractors to return to their project sites and resume delayed roadworks.
