The former Member of Parliament (MP) for Dome Kwabenya, Sarah Adwoa Safo, has officially been referred to the National Disciplinary Committee of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) for further action following her recent media engagements about party issues.
In a statement issued and signed by the General Secretary, Justin Kodua Frimpong, it said Adwoa Safo’s recent media engagement violated the party’s directives.
The decision comes after her comments in an interview with one of the media houses .’ The Pulse show which the party leadership viewed as a direct contravention of an earlier directive prohibiting members from discussing matters that could create disaffection and unrest within the party.’
