The Minister for Fisheries and Aquah Culture, Hon Emilia Arthur has called on Ghanaians to exercise patience as government puts measures in place to create jobs.
According to her, the newly constituted government has just begun executing its mandate hence will need some time to expand and recruit.
She made this plea when she toured R&B Farms at Gomoa Nsuem to inspect the integrated aquaculture project.
